Frugal Car Rental: Budget Cars App Reviews

Searches only 6 companies at a time, need to re-enter dates & locations for many of them, no Alamo or National.

I was given offers from the car rental companies and was able to switch between them using the tabs at the bottom. frugal car rental let me find the cheapest rental. love new airport function.

I got to see offers from Hotwire, Avis, Orbitz, Payless, Budget and pick the best deal. I saved over 70 dollars and got a great car.

I got to the agency to pick up my car and they didnt get the info that I was dropping off at a different location and to do that it was an extra $200.

Quick and easy. Nuff said.

Not user friendly. Poorly designed. They should be embarrassed.

No longer works with IOS 8

Such a waste of time. App freezes every single time if I try to change the pick up/drop off time. Never has shown me any rental rates. I e never gotten past the first page. Deleted the app.

1. Why do you ask for a pin right on the first page? 2. You enter your information, hit search, and then you need to reenter the info again for each company it finds. The only thing it saves us is not having to install a bunch of different apps.
